The Dee Why Headland Home
From 1970s time capsule to coastal sanctuary — ready for a new chapter.
This special home held decades of memory.
Built by its original owners in the 1970s, perched proudly on the Dee Why headland with panoramic ocean views, it had good bones, incredible light, and a story to tell.
But after years untouched, it needed fresh eyes and a sensitive hand.
A New Chapter, Styled with Care
As a deceased estate, the property required not only a full furnishing update, but deep respect for the space and its history.
We worked closely with the family and agent to:
Fully refurnish the home from top to bottom
Introduce relaxed, coastal textures that echoed the views
Create emotional warmth and flow without overwhelming the architecture
Reframe the space, not as a relic of the past, but as a modern retreat with soul
Every piece was selected to lighten, uplift, and gently transform, allowing buyers to see the future, while honouring the past.
The Result?
A beautifully styled, inviting home that captured hearts, and attracted buyers ready to continue the story.
This project wasn’t just about preparing a home for sale.
It was about making space for the next chapter, without erasing what came before..
